Our Story

Chef Juan Sanchez started his passion for steak at an early age. Born and raised in Southern California, he understands the importance of using seasonal local ingredients throughout his menu. He built this business with Chef Nicole to share his love for steak with others. Chef Juan enjoys creating wonderful masterpieces for you and your loved ones in the comfort of your own home.

Chef Nicole Nguyen was raised on cultural cuisine from her father and grandmother. She absolutely loves to surprise guests with unique flavors. Her inspiration comes from her dad's cooking. Although he passed years ago, she believes his spirit lives on in her cooking. Chef Nicole also handles all business operations at The Cave. She ensures your private dining experience is beyond exceptional.

I loved every part of it! My favorite part was when the chef drizzled the juices (he called it liquid gold!) over our steaks after he served them to our table. Chef Nicole made the best dessert I've ever had..Vietnamese coffee creme brulee! All of my guests were very impressed with this dinner.
