Chefs Juan D. Sanchez and Nicole Nguyen started The Cave Prime Steak during the midst of the pandemic in 2020. As their business transformed from small private dinners to large catering parties, they stayed true to the company's mission: To bring loved ones together for the love of good food.

The Booking Process

With The Cave Prime Steak, we bring the dining experience to you. The process is very easy! To start your inquiry, contact us through this website or any of our social platforms (Yelp, Instagram). Our team will reach out to you to discuss your upcoming event and create a menu customized for your occasion. We have a menu of a variety of dishes to choose from, but if you would like to request a special order not listed on the menu, we will work with you to create an unforgettable dinner!

Once the menu items are chosen for the event, you will receive a form to fill out regarding equipment and tableware available at the setting of the event. If any dish requires special equipment, the chefs will bring their own specialized tools for certain dishes.

After finalizing the date and time of your event, we kindly request a deposit in order to secure your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give notice at least 7 days prior to your event. Your initial deposit is non-refundable if the event is not canceled prior to the 7 day window. We also accept payment plans prior to your special event. Our team will confirm with you at least 72 hours before your event to ensure all arrangements are still in order.

I loved every part of it! My favorite part was when the chef drizzled the juices (he called it liquid gold!) over our steaks after he served them to our table. Chef Nicole made the best dessert I've ever had..Vietnamese coffee creme brulee! All of my guests were very impressed with this dinner.
